By downloading, installing, or using any mobile applications ("Apps") developed by Mentign Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps.

Mentign Ltd. develops and operates mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Our current offerings include AI-powered home design applications and related services. We may add, modify, or discontinue features or services at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use our Apps, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer subscription-based access to premium features through weekly and yearly subscription plans. Subscription pricing and terms are displayed in the App and through the respective app stores.

5.2 Payment and Billing

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings

5.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of these platforms.

6. User Content and Conduct

6.1 User Content

You may upload images and other content ("User Content") to our Apps. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a license to use, process, and display it to provide our services.

6.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses
• Is obscene, defamatory, or inappropriate
• Violates privacy rights of others

6.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Apps and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Mentign Ltd. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Apps without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Apps, you consent to our privacy practices.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps or servers
• Use automated tools to access the Apps
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Distribute malware or harmful code

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee that the Apps will be available 24/7 without interruption. We may suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons with or without notice.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MENTIGN LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mentign Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Apps, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Apps at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasons. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
